Symbio has launched an updated Connect Portal Number Leasing workflow. The new layout simplifies and enhances the user experience of ordering numbers in the Connect Portal.
Incorporated into this update is a new Cart Hold feature. This feature allows customers to extend the duration for holding numbers in their cart before leasing by an additional 30 minutes, with a maximum extension of up to 60 minutes.
To provide customers with improved transparency, we have introduced an easily visible timer, allowing them to monitor the remaining time before their cart expires. This enhancement minimises the risk of losing any of the numbers they have in their cart.
