Symbio has launched the new Pre-port Number Validation (PNV) to Cutover Notification Advice (CNA) process following a successful Beta test. This updated workflow significantly enhances the handling of PNVs, allowing customers to proceed directly to CNA once they resolve any identified concerns without needing to resend a PNV Request.

Customers will receive updated emails detailing concerns identified in the PNV Response, empowering them to address and self-service these concerns. This feature eliminates the reliance on the operations team and enhances the self-service capability of the porting workflow.

To further support self-service, comprehensive how-to guides have been released, providing step-by-step instructions tailored to help customers resolve specific concerns raised.
