Symbio Holdings Limited (ASX: SYM), a leading cloud voice communications software provider, today announced the launch of several digital self-service portals in response to what it says is a growing demand for flexible software that responds to the demands from the new patterns of working.
Rene Sugo, Co-Founder and CEO of Symbio, shared that a global shift towards increasingly flexible working meant software solutions needed to cater for a digitally connected, distributed workforce ensuring anytime access that is secure but also enhances productivity.
“Global megatrends in the Future of Work and subsequent demands for Enterprise Cloud solutions are pushing us to innovate with product design at Symbio,” Mr Sugo said. “Today’s employees are changing locations and roles more frequently than at any other time in history, and our customers are requesting self-service options like these new portals to keep up with rapid changes using fluid number management.
Mr Sugo said allowing for customer self-management meant Symbio’s Enterprise Cloud strategy of providing no-code/low-code, API driven solutions was increasingly important.
“Customers are expecting to be able to interact with software that is intuitive and flexible, at any time and from any geographic location. These new self-service portals are designed accordingly to put the customer in control of their user experience,” Mr Sugo said.
The launch of these portals addresses several challenges with phone number management. For Enterprise customers, it simplifies the management of phone number inventory and enables fast and efficient call diversion, from taking days to being completed in seconds. For service provider and wholesale customers, the Symbio Connect portal provides the opportunity to lease and allocate phone numbers in real-time, allowing for rapid scaling and flexibility.
"These services are just the beginning. Our roadmap will continue to deliver new features as we advance our journey of developing innovative products. Providing customers, the tools they need to control where and when they interact with Symbio leverages the power of cloud communications and unlocks the power for growth and new ways of working,” Mr Sugo said.
