Sonar port orders can only have one Losing Carrier per submission. If multiple Losing Carriers are included in one submission, Sonar will generate an error and specify the Losing Carriers involved.
To determine which numbers belong to a specific Losing Carrier, you can run a portability check. The portability check is currently limited to single numbers only. Symbio is scheduled to release a Bulk Portability Check in Q1 2024.
To identify the Losing Carrier across multiple number ranges/blocks, perform a portability check on the first number in each range to ascertain the Losing Carrier. Once you have determined the distribution of numbers per Losing Carrier, proceed to submit individual Sonar port orders for each Losing Carrier.
